One day I ordered a cake for my son's birthday from a well-known café. It looked beautiful, but was completely tasteless. I decided to bake a cake myself — and I loved it so much that I kept baking again and again.
That's how confectionery became my true passion. I constantly studied with different masters, mastered new techniques, and fell in love with all kinds of desserts.
After moving to America, I felt the absence of familiar home flavors especially strongly. My favorite Sachertorte with a bright raspberry layer kept appearing in my dreams, but I couldn't find it anywhere. So I baked it myself. From the very first bite, I felt like I had returned home for a moment.
It was then that I realized: a real dessert is not just about sweetness. It's about emotions, memories, and warmth. I wanted to share this joy with others.
